The Present Hearts Circle

Alter for meditation beautiful candles and colourful fabric
  • A sacred space for you to come to be held, nourished and where you can share and be exactly as you are.
  • It provides an opportunity to come together to connect with yourself and with others in community.
  • It is a space where you can drop into being in the here and now.
  • This is a gathering open to women and men who are 18+.
  • It has a simple but important structure. There is space to arrive and be welcomed, time to meditate and drop in, and amble space to share and hear from others. In the weaving of these elements alongside openness, shared intentions and our individual stories, something powerful and moving occurs.
  • The circle is called The Present Hearts Circle as a strong invitation of the space is to drop into the present moment as well as to speak from a present heart.

This circle is for you if….

  • You are seeking spaces to connect and be held with care and warmth in community
  • You yearn for a space to belong, where you can be seen and heard.
  • You are open and willing to bring your full presence and self to the circle
  • You feel a regular space to meet would support you and others
  • You are open to be alongside others who will be on their own journey and where there maybe similarities and differences.

How does the circle work?

As I lead on the circle, I draw on my years of experience as a space holder. I make sure the space is held and provide a series of invitations in the space, including to ground and meditate and to share in the circle.

Coming to the circle asks that you are willing and open to the process as things unfold and that you come as you are with a receptive heart.

Although I have a vast background holding therapeutic spaces and groups, the circle is not a therapeutic intervention. A circle is all about being in time and in community, it is not driven by outcome. However, sacred circles are often described as rich, meaningful, supportive and healing experiences which occurs through the co-creation of space, the sharing of truth and the practice of deep listening.

As such coming and being held in circle can generate;

  • Increased feelings of belonging to self and others
  • Deeper insight and compassion for ourselves
  • Being more in touch with our inner wisdom and what actions are aligned with our values
  • Increase our connection to the kaleidoscope of human emotions and experiences
  • Have incredible ripple effects for those we meet in and outside of circle
