Hi I am Amy.

I work with people who are on or ready to begin a journey of deep self-discovery.

Who seek to be their own source of love and support even if this feels impossible to imagine, yet.

Whose brave hearts are open to taking radical responsibility for themselves and the unfolding of their lives even when the path to this feels new and uncertain.

Who notice that there are on the edge of change and who are looking for a loving guide to support them navigating newness and returning to who they really are.

You are in the right place if have already done some inner work and want to go deeper or you have found an edge you don’t know how to navigate.

You have insight, you know yourself and have an open heart but something feels stuck and you are looking for support to move further toward the aligned life you dream of.

I offer a compassionate, grounded and lovingly held spaces where you can reconnect with yourself and your inner wisdom. Together, we go deep into intentional, grounded work that weaves psychological insight with wisdom traditions. My therapeutic background allows me to support transformation skilfully. Honouring both old stories and experience alongside new, emerging hopes of a more aligned future.

At the centre of my work is an understanding that being present and compassionate are essential practices that allow us to do this deep work. Work that allows us to explore what is under the surface, the things waiting to be discovered and unlocked.  Alongside beliefs, stories and inner longings that can be tended to, what we can begin to get in touch with our inner knowing. This allows us to step into a life of choice, possibilies and freedom!

I believe healing and change require more than understanding. It needs loving attention, skilled holding, and time.
