This meditation series is something I have been dreaming into. Collecting together themes that are nourishing and supportive for any one on a journey of self-exploration and who wants to feel more connected and alive.

- To play, explore and see how invitations land for you.
- To explore what is alive in you when you connect to life enhancing themes like nourishment, desires, gratitude, wonder, personal power, hope and possibilies.
- To connect and develop a deeper relationship with your inner guidance system.
In this meditation class you can’t get anything wrong.
All of you is welcome.
This is about showing up, meeting yourself tenderly, gaining insight and loving yourself into the life you want.


This meditation series draws on ancient wisdom practices and psychology ideas that both share that when we turn toward experiences that can help to “gladden the mind” this supports our wellbeing and increases our connection to ourselves, are wholeness and joy.
This meditation class is also so much more than connecting to themes that support enhancing our wellbeing, this meditation class is about having an invitation to meet yourself just as you are, however you maybe.
This is gold, the ability to know ourselves and connect to our inner wisdom. This helps us turn insights into possibilities!
To support you with this, the class will provide space to hold and honour your personal journey.
This class is held with deep love and support. My skills as a psychologist and meditation teacher mean I can hold you, as you hold space for yourself.
