This meditation series draws on ancient wisdom practices and psychology ideas that both share that when we turn toward experiences that can help to “gladden the mind” this supports our wellbeing and increases our connection to ourselves, are wholeness and joy.

This meditation class is also so much more than connecting to themes that support enhancing our wellbeing, this meditation class is about having an invitation to meet yourself just as you are, however you maybe.

This is gold, the ability to know ourselves and connect to our inner wisdom. This helps us turn insights into possibilities!

The 7 week meditation course is sold as a block. This is a space to journey in over 7 weeks with a consistent and held group.
