The meditation practices I offer are always growing based on on-going training, retreat, group meditation, dharma sharing experiences and my daily practice.

- Offering invitations so you can develop and explore your own experience of mindfulness, finding what works for you to notice, still the mind and be here now.
- Helping you consider ways mindfulness and self-compassion can be woven into your daily life in informal and formal ways.
- Helping you develop a stronger and kinder relationship with yourself whilst developing insight about who you are and what is important to you.
- Supporting you to find ways to enhance compassionate responses you give yourself when you meet challenges, resistance or experiences that are not comfortable in and outside of your practice.
