About Me

When people ask what I do, I used to begin with: I’m a Clinical Psychologist. It’s true, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, children, families, and teams for over 16 years within the NHS and Local Authority. That work grounded me deeply in psychological approaches and the realities of the human experience.

But the truth is, I’ve also become something more. Over the years, I’ve grown into a different kind of therapist and human being. My journey has led me beyond the frameworks I was trained in, and into something more spacious, embodied, and intuitive.

I work now at the intersection of psychological depth and deep wisdom, holding space for those who are ready to explore the roots of what holds them back, and the possibilities that await when they live from a more compassionate, aligned place. I work with all [currently 8 to 80!] who are ready as there is no limit to when we can begin this work!

You may be someone who’s already walked a long path, you have read the books, tried the tools, attended the retreats but deep down, you still feel disconnected from your truth, inner wisdom and the future you hope for. You may seem to have life together, but feel flat inside. You may know you want change, but feel unsure where or how to begin again.

Or perhaps you carry stories and experience from long ago that still shape your present and although you’ve survived them, they limit your freedom, relationships and your ability to feel at home in yourself.

You’re not looking for a quick fix. You’re looking for something deeper, a space where insight turns into empowered and lasting transformation that isn’t rushed, but rooted.

This is the work I do.
